All JVI feeders are powered by electromagnetic drives or high-capacity electromechanical unbalanced motors. Multiple vibratory feeders can also be interlocked for hopper discharge to virtually eliminate compaction.

JVI’s vibratory screeners offer two levels of separation. First, the vibrating action of brings larger particles to the top and sifts smaller particles down toward the screen itself. Then, the types of particles that pass through the screen can be determined by both the size and orientation of the screen opening. The result is a precise, reliable screening process. Depending on your needs, we can provide you with extremely high-precision JVI screeners for sizing and classification, or more economical screeners for less exacting applications such as primary screening.
JVI’s vibrator spiral elevators offer an incredible list of advantages. Many plants choose spiral elevators purely to save space, and that consideration alone can make them worthwhile. Likewise, they’re the ideal solution for elevating fragile material. But their true value comes from the amount of time that your product spends making its way up the spiral—means this equipment is perfect for other applications such as cooling, heating, or drying while in the elevator. JVI’s spirals come with a variet of heat treatment and cooling options, from direct heating/cooling to contact with water, oil or steam.
