Heyl Patterson Rotary Calciners uses high temperatures up to 2200 degrees F to process materials that are dusty, easily oxidize, or are combustible, explosive, or potentially contaminating. The heat source is indirect, ensuring separation of the heat source from the product.
Rotary dryers can handle a wide variety of material, from powders to bulk materials to sludges, and can be specified to the beginning and end moisture levels, temperature, or required retention time. Cooling options are also available.

Using a unique conduction-convection heat transfer method, the MultiDisc Thermal Processors provide low to medium temperatures to indirectly dry or cool bulk solids. The disc design provides a high surface area and thermal efficiency, and minimal exhaust gases.
